JPD Construction, Inc., was originally Jason Dedic, sole proprietor which was formed in 1999. Projects ranged from small additions and alterations to decks and screen porches. As my business and reputation grew, my projects became larger and more complex.
JPD Builders, LLC, was formed in 2002, and focus was redirected on full time project management. I pride myself on meticulous workmanship and being a self-motivated, organized company with proven ability to complete projects on time and budget.
In 2008 the company was restructured and renamed JPD Construction, Inc. I was fortunate to spend 10 months in Australia working with one of their largest commercial construction companies. While there, I fine tuned my skills on project management including budgeting, timeline control, and quality control.
